Any traffic fines, penalties, or legal consequences incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer. Hiposplay will notify the hirer if any fines are received, and payment must be settled promptly. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or restrictions on future rentals.

The hirer must drive responsibly and comply with all traffic laws. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. The car must not be used for illegal activities or off-road driving unless approved. Fuel levels should be maintained as agreed, and the vehicle should be returned clean and in the same condition it was received. Any damages or fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer.

All vehicles hired through Hiposplay come with basic insurance covering third-party liability and damage. Additional insurance options may be available at an extra cost for comprehensive coverage, theft protection, and personal accident. The hirer must report any incident immediately to ensure claims are processed smoothly.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a partial fee, and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking. Special promotions or discounted rates may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

In case of a mechanical issue, please contact Hiposplay immediately. We provide assistance to either repair the car at a nearby service point or replace it with a similar vehicle if repairs cannot be done quickly. Rental charges are paused during any downtime caused by mechanical failures, provided the issue is not due to misuse.

Immediately inform Hiposplay and the local authorities in case of an accident. Take photos of the scene and damages. Accident reports must be submitted within 24 hours. The renter may be responsible for damages depending on fault and insurance coverage. Hiposplay will guide you through repairs or claims procedures.
